The company was founded by its promoter, Dr. Ahmad Raza, who has been managing Lucknow Hospital & Maternity Center in Ikka Stand, Daliganj, Lucknow, since 2006. Dr. Ahmad Raza Khan brings extensive experience in hospital management and, together with a team of expert doctors, promoters, and shareholders, aims to provide quality and affordable healthcare services.

The venture began with a flagship multi-specialty hospital catering to a variety of illnesses and diseases. With a vision for expansion, the company is now focused on establishing a multi-specialty tertiary care hospital in Lucknow, the capital city of Uttar Pradesh. This new facility will address the gap in access to tertiary healthcare services in the region and will be equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic and clinical facilities to provide top-tier treatment to the local community. The hospital will be located on IIM Road, Lucknow, spanning a 21,000 square feet area of land allotted by the Awas Vikas Parishad.
